Shop Consignment Vendors

First of all, thank you for your interest in selling your creations at the Whimsy Mercantile! The first thing that you should do is contact me (the shop owner, Jaime) through email (jaimehaz@gmail.com) and let me know what you make and send some example photos. Many wonderful crafts are just not suitable for the space (ex. furniture) or I may already have vendors who sell similar items so things need to be carefully vetted. Additionally, we are nearly full to the brim so I’ve got to be increasingly picky. That’s not to say that you can’t have your items at the Whimsy. I offer one-day/weekend vending opportunities so you can always host your own pop-up shop!

Once you received shop approval, I will need you to fill out the below consignment application and W2. The W2 is necessary because if you sell more than $600 in a year, my accountants need to send you a 1099 for your taxes. Either email the forms back to me or drop them off with your items.

Pop-Up Shop Vendor

The Whimsy Mercantile currently has a couple spaces suitable for small vendor pop-up shops and on nice days, one vendor can set-up out front of the shop. These options are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Spots are $20/day and are first come, first serve.
